Refund or load the data bundle

I just bought a data bundle 24 hours ago through the MTN App with my bank card but it didn't load. When I called MTN, the agents said that I must call after an hour because their system was down. And I called again, I was told to call after 24 hours and when I called today I was told that they haven't received the payment and I'm starting to doubt that I will get my money back or get the data bundle because I wanted to use it for school.
