Refund on ********** accounts
********** SIMs were added to my account after I renewed my contracts in July 2015. I discovered these accounts and reported them to MTN in September 2015. The ********** accounts were successfully cancelled and I was promised that my account would be credited with the extra amount I paid. This is now February 2016 and no credit has been passed on my account. I find this deeply appalling as I paid in my hard earned money when paying for ********** accounts as result of comprise of MTN's checks and balances for account opening and not only I am not getting my money back (which is fine) but the credit has not been made 4 months down the line.
