REFUND ON DOUBLE PAYMENT
Good day<br> <br> ***]<br> <br> <br> Kindly assist me with MTN,January 2015, I missed my instalment and made arrangements to pay, double for the month of February, I was told to pay an amount of R1114.39, which I did pay on the 23/02/2015, and MTN went and debited another amount of R1114.39 on the 25/02/2015,so in total an amount of R2228.78 was taken from me,I have requested them to refund my other R1114.39 instead only an amount of R615.39 , was refunded, I need an amount of R557.19 and I was told it has been taken for March,I asked why because March payment is only due on the 20/03/2015. the other thing my instalment when I app**** for the contract I was told its R499 but now the amount is more than what we agreed on,please help me with this.<br> <br> <br> I have tried to communicate with MTN via email is not helping I called and spoke to Sebongile and even sent her Statement to sure the transactions and she confirmed that yes an amount of R1114.39 has to be refunded,but only R615.39 was refunded.<br> <br> Tel:***

Kindly be advised that a refund of R615.39 was passed in your bank account on the 4th of March 2015. The next debit will be on the 20th of April 2015 as payment for March has been taken from the R1114.39 that you paid cash. Your contract package is for R499 per month, for the invoice dated the 2014-12-20 the bill amounted to R603.99 which included a once off upgrade fee of R105.
