Refund on contact that has been canceled

I am still waiting for 3 years to get a refund on a online contract that cancelled and I send the phones back. The charged me for 2 years and I am waiting nearly another 2 years to get my money back on that contract that they deducted from me every month. I also cancelled my for my current number to go prepaid and I cancelled everything on there. Sy they still charged me another month on the data of 99, for a promotion that they never cancelled, which I also requested back, with no luck. So I cancelled everything again and requested another refund on that as well. Now I am getting another bill mychoice 500mb of my account that started from May 2022. Hoe can they get away to take money from me and does not matter how many calls I logged, they just ignore it without solving the problem.. Now that I am on prepaid they deduct like R10 a day from my prepaid money for daily beauty tips, which I also never signed up for. When I phone and complained about it. The operator just hang the phone up. I am not sure if it helps to complain on this website about it. If it does my a difference can a supivisor contact me, or what steps can I take to get my money back. Can I take them to small claims court. Any advise will be helpful. Thank you.
