REFUND OF MONEY ERRONEOUSLY PAID TO MTN (PATHETIC SERVICE)

MTN communicated back after my last post about a refund of money that was incorrectly tranferred to them on the 17 October. Alice van der Merwe indicated that the refund would take 5 DAYS. What a joke it is now 31 October and the refund still not done.
