Refund of cancelled contract is impossible

Receiving the Rlrefunding on a cancelled contract is impossible. There is no way on contacting MTN South Africa on following up on the matter. It been 10 days since my last confirmation on the case via email, although an case number was issued it is impossible to follow up. MTN South Africa I am really disappointed in your customer service. It's fast to open an contract hut as soon as a faulty contract needs to be canceled there is no way in doing so.
