Refund not Received
MTN owes me over R3000. Last year was ask for bank details be Kamohelo Mosia which I provide. When I started to inquiry about the refund I was told that the refund was already done. When I ask for the payment details I was shown a different account number. I pointed this out to Kamo and Have not heard from him or MTN since. Please give advice on how to get this resolved. can I blacklist them or get a judgement against them
