Refund not processed since 2024 – MTN took my money

Refund not processed since 2024 – MTN took my money On 13/12/2024 at 18:55, I app**** for MTN Wi-Fi and paid R433 via the MTN app. The application was later cancelled, and I never received the service. I have been requesting a refund since then and have proof of payment attached. Despite multiple follow-ups and being given reference numbers, I have been passed between departments (customer care and retentions) without resolution. This matter has been ongoing with no gaps in communication from my side, which shows I have consistently followed up. I am requesting my refund of R433 to be processed urgently, as no service was received. Please do not close this complaint without resolving the refund.
