Refund not done after several calls

<p>My contract was cancelled in May 2016 and debit order still came off my account. I am struggeling for a few months now to get my refund and after several calls it is still not resolved. I am a mtn customer since 2004 and never skipped one payment and this is the treatment you get ? If it was the other way around your services would have been suspended immediately and handed over for collection with interest due and payable.</p>
