Refund mtn complaint

I have gone online to apply for a wifi deal of R250pm then I was contacted by a mtn call agent and paid R465.00 VIA EFT using the details he given me then after he called me back and asked me if I made payment I said yes not knowing that was not the right method he said it was not the right method and with emails back and forth between mtn customer care and Mondo I still have not received the refund and send proof of payment as well. Mtn says it's Mondo I must email and Mondo says I must email mtn this has been going on since June 2023
