REFUND ME

I had a contract with MTN *** last year when they were on strike the handed my account to Shabir Shaik.I logged a complain because I had proof of all the emails I sent to mtn requesting the statements to pay then I got a call from Head Office that they will resolve the issue.I got a call that my account was reinstated with MTN.On the 22 Dec 2015 I paid R500.00 to settle my contract on the 05th January 2016 I contacted MTN to give me the settlement letter and they told me that MTN owes me R654.00 must give them my account number which i did.Today I called to find out why the money is not in the account the call centre agent who assisted me was so rude and said to me that the request was rejected due to me owing Shabir Shaik.I called Shabir Shaik to find out if MTN didnt pay them.They confirmed that my account was reinstated last year 02/10/2015 I dont owe them.MTN i want my money ...Your service is so pathetic.I dnt want anything to do with you I WANT MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT.
