Refund from MTN, *****elent debited amount from my account

For the past 2 month Mtn has been debit extra funds ********** from my account, I have reported this matter with their call centre my ref number is ***, this was on the 2nd of December today its the 17th no feedback no refund no nothing.

Mtn please refrain from taking money from of our accounts, we are currently going through so much with this covid and people loosing their jobs, that money that you took its for bread and milk for my children, I have been an MTN customer for more than 18 years, this is pathetic and disgusting from talking . You are causing so much stress in our lives MTN, I want my money today, Pay back my money please.

You don't even have a nerve you have sent me the statement for this month while you still owing me, you not gonna get a cent from me until you refund me back what is due, sick and tired of business like you.
