Refund from MTN

Hello Peter In 2021 ***** was done on my name two phone account were created online at MTN since i have one account with them they were able to pick up my other account and gave me a call for delivery i received two phone the next i took them back to MTN Northgate and all was done to prove that i took them back its been 4 months now they are busy debiting my account every month the promise to refund me until now in Jan they debitec R1930 everytime i call im being told about that they will escalate the matter pls
