Refund for wireless router

I am so disappointed with MTN, took wireless router online and MTN confirmed I had coverage while I did not, returned it with full data of 100GB cancelled the contract on the 7th of November, up until now I am still waiting for my refund, MTN has stories, they requested proof of payment which I did send, when I made a follow up they told me about 14 days which has passed but no money has been paid back, called MTN and I was advised there is no ticket logged for a refund when I made a follow up with them
