Refund for double debit order

MTN took a double deduction. The customer care line is the worst service. No one knows what they are doing. Trying to get a refund since 7 Nov already. I have received the invoice for the next month already but still no refund. Every time you phone customer care, the payout date starts over! Ridiculous service.
