refund

on the 5th of october 2024 i made an online month to month wifi deal purchase...i olso made a upfront card payment of R965.00 for the packageto be delivered. when the courier company supposed to deliver the page i couldn't took delivery beacause i lost my id book so i request them to send the package bak to mtn and i request for a cancelation and a refund.

im still struggling till today to get my refund , i went straight to a mnt shop and they told me that they can not help me because it was a online purchase and that a have to call the call centre. evertime i call the call call centre i get transferred from one department to the other without any help, they telling me thta they cant locate the payment even after ive’d send proof of payment munurous times and if the can not located the payment tey can not give me a refund . i have never received such poor service in my life.
