Refund

I'm so upset, MTN billed me incorrectly and I'm the one that needs to follow up everyday for my refund they keep adding me on upgrades which I never asked for.

They've been promising to refund me since Friday till today nothing.

I WANT MY REFUND TODAY!!!!!
