Refund

Ive been trying to get my mtn refund since last year october for wifi i cancelled they said i must pay extra a month my money will be refunded i tried getting it back every way possible visited 3 stores up and down called online several times logged how much tickets yet nothing was done i didnt receive any compensation for anything uet they still dont want to give my refund back really bad service mtn quick to take your money but after service is very poor
