Refund!

Now that my contract has been fixed after 4 months because of your service champions error. Urgently please refund me the extra money I have paid for four months. I have been paying R 868.44 instead of R 609. So that is R 259,44 x 4= R 1037,76.

Your service champion at MTN Wonderpark said she will request I get my refund back but no word from her or anyone from MTN. Please attend to this immediately or I am taking this issue further.
