Refund

I received a call from Mondo under MTN and made arrangements for a cellphone contract to be debited November and I was debited now which was not in my plans. These people called and told me that the cellphone was not approved and sold me a simcard which I was happy with that. I want my refund today. You said you would call me back its an hour later I have not received any call
