REFUND COMPLAINT

I had a contract with MTN, I Paid off the account with Nudebt Management, I mistakenly made a payment to MTN by mistake, they responded to say hey saw my payment and will process the refund after submitting all the documents, they then kept quite all consultants are not responding to my email which I sent to their legal department as directed by Nudebt Management.

I have sent countless emails, complaints called countless times but only for the consultants to send me from one department to the next, first they send me to consumer services, then they said banking department is responsible for it.

I am not even getting through to MTN on their 083 135.
