REFUND

I am so angry and feel ******, it pains me as I have little efforts to take MTN to court hence they are treating me this way. I have been paying for my MTN contract through MBD I advised the agent to to deduct R1000 from my account same day she called which she did I then told her that I will deposit the remaining R800 at the end of the month since they have sent me their bank details, Come month end I deposited the money like I have promised but they still deducted me again.

I have sent several email to MBD and all Flora could say is they have requested for refund from MTN and await feedback when I requested for MTN number I was told they would not talk to me I needed to wait until they refund me, its been over a month and I need my money I despise the day I took that contract
