Refund / Bad Service

MTN charged me way more than my monthly fee in Aug 2020, I spoke to two managers, Yusuf Suleman and Jothika Abbana and none of them have been able to assist me with getting my refund, WHEN ONE OWES MTN, the are very quick in suspending one service.

I have sent the above managers supporting documents as proof of the amounts that MTN has deducted from my account.

The service that I’ve received my MTN Is really disappointing.
