Refund.

Bought a charging cable at MTN Beaufort West, which did not work for my device, wanted to return it. Only to discover I cannot return it because of the way the box which it comes with was opened, what kind of business is it that cannot manufacture a new box for a product?? I am utterly dusgusted with the service and attitude I got from the women who assisted me and the fact that I couldn't get a refund. If the assistant told me, you need to carefully open the box as your return depends on it, fine! But no, they just said I can return it and that was the end. To then discover that they are *********** people in broad daylight, disgusting from MTN.
