MTN is a good company for other services,but when it comes to refunding their customers they will send you from pillar to post,I app**** for refund last year in October below is the SMS I as sent to use as reference.... Dear *** 2019-10-15, Your Banking Refund, ref SR# ***, for amount R1,120.81, is now being reviewed.Thank you,Itumeleng Monareng, MTN.

Can MTN please assist me on this matter cos I went to the brancha several times but I don't get helped. I'm unemployed and need this money badly.
