Refund

I logged a claim for refund with mtnclaims on 20 Feb 2026. I was told the refund will take 7 to 14 working days but till today I haven't received it yet. Every time I follow up, they tell me that they're still waiting for feedback and apologize for the inconvenience. This is no longer an inconvenience to me, it's rather frustrating.
