Refund

I bought a home router from MTN for studies right after MTN confirmed I will have coverage in my area but after recieving the router, there was no coverage, I then returned the router same month last year in November at MTN in Green Acres with full data and until now it's been back and fourth for them to refund me back my money, they would always tell me the same thing that they have escalated my case but now they do not even respond to my emails
