REFUND

I queried a refund on 01 October 2022 - It is the 12th October 2022 with NO HELP AT ALL. I have to keep calling and send proof with NO RESPONSE - you call agents and they are reluctant to assisting you - not knowing how important this might be.

I have a contract with MTN but I will surely NEVER go with them again and I will ENCOURAGE people to NEVER consider MTN.

I will be going further if I need to wait longer.

This is pure BULL****.
