Refund

<p>I overpaid my account. I called on Monday 03 July 2017 to the call centre. I was advised that it will take up to 2 to 48 hours. I mailed the customer services. I was then told it will take up to 2 - 72 hours. I then called the call centre today and then Aletta Xulu the consultant whom I spoke to advised me that according to her manager Uthmam Mia it will take up to 31 days for the refund. I am not sure who to belive as i recieved a different story all 3 times i have made contact with MTN. Its seems that they not alligned with their processes.
