REFUND

We apologize for any inconvenience incurred.
Kindly be advised that you had 2 numbers on the account *** and ***. The expired dates 8-7-2016 and 7-7-2016.
The account notes reflected that you have called in on the 24-8-2016 @4:28 to convert the numbers to prepaid, the agent notify you that you had airtime and data left and this will be forfeited once the number is cancelled or converted to prepaid. You have notify the agent that you want to use up the balance and that you will call back once used up to go ahead with the request.
The account do not reflect any notes that you have called in after the 24-8-2016 to confirm with the confirmation to go ahead with the request. After the cancellation you have used the sim card for data and calls usage on the September invoices and October invoices this billing is valid and no refund can be given back to you.
