REFUND
<p>I've been charged incorrectly with BIS fee for 27 months by MTN and requested for refund for more than 6 months. Every time when I call back to follow up with my enquiry, I have o repead my story over and over again, And then they just send their internal emails flying around from one department to another without any solution. I reguested to speak to someone from managment lever and has been rejected. What make them so difficult to refund my money back? What kindly of the service they are providing to their customers? I want a solution from MTN asap! </p>

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
Please be advised that a credit of R1592.87 and R707.94 (including vat) was passed to the account on 2016-05-25 and 2016-11-16 respectively. The credit of R1592.87 was used to settle the invoices dated 2016-05-20 and a portion of the invoices dated 2016-06-20, after the credit was used up we debited from your bank account on 2016-08-01 the remaining balance of R258.15.
The credit of R707.94 has been used to settle the invoice dated 2016-10-20 leaving the account with a credit of R58.93.
We sincerely hope that the above is in order and that we are able to restore your faith in us.

But please bear in mind that I was charged for 2 numbers for more than 2 years and the refund I am waiting currently is for BIS fee which has been charged for 27 months and it should be around R1500 as well.
Yes I did received refund for one of the number with R1592.87 and this credit has been used for the following months invoice.
My problem with MTN now is the refund for another credit of R1500 ( more or less). None of your call centre guys mentioned to me anything about credit R707.94 untill your said so here.
But why R707.94 only?
Where is this amount come from?
Why MTN only process part of the credit to me after I posted the complain here at HelloPeter? Why can't MTN assist me for past over 6 months?
How about the rest of credit?
When can I expect MTN to process it back to me?
Why must I wait for your credit department or refund department or whatever the department to approve it over one month time as it should be done within 3 to 7 working days?
I am expecting a answer from MTN for all above my questions one by one.
