<p>My contract was renewed without my knowledge to a SamsungS7. R649 was taken off my account, I went to MTN mIdrand store, and was given case number USD ********** was given to me and was advised that it will take 7 working days for the contract to be cancelled and I will be refunded my money back. This is the 3rd month now. Today I was debited another 649. All I ma requesting is my money back and no longer interested in doing business with you. Can I have my R1945.00 before I come to your head office. </p>
