Refund

Someone opened 2 MTN numbers in my name and spent R2, 726.68 which was debited from my account. I reported the matter to MTN, their ***** department investigated and found that it was *****, the lines were cancelled. I reported it on the 16th of Jan and was told the money would be refunded. I have contacted them on 3 occasions and each time I get another ref number. One lady said that the refund must be authorized, which takes between 3 - 5 days. I am still waiting. I just want my money back ASAP. You let someone open an account in my name without properly checking who the person actually was, you wee quick to debit the money, but not so quick to pay the refund!!
