REFUND

i have been waiting for my refund since Monday your agents are rude and *********** they are busy giving me wrong information and the turn around time i have submitted bank statements till now i haven't received any feedback ref *** this contract has expired but i was told that its expiring next year which was a lie can i get my money back please
