refund

Bought a phone from mtn online back end of March 2025, it got delivered to me on the 31st March. around april 2025 the front camera was not working anymore. Contacted them and they said I can take to any mtn store to book for a repair collection. After that i was told that they wont repair it i must either cancel or get another contract. The phone was contract was only cancelled in sept 2025 but they are still debiting and they dont want to refund me.
