REFUND
Good day<br> <br> Query on cell phone number: ***<br> <br> I have been trying to sort out a refund since the beginning of October 2015 and every time I get given a different story.<br> <br> I ended my contract with MTN and settled the required balance of R6367.54 as advised. I was promised that no further debit orders will run from my account as the account has now been closed. On the 30/09/2015 another debit went off of R639.02. I then contacted MTN an explained my situation, I was promised a refund within 5-7 working days. To date this refund has not been done and I have since contacted MTN on many occasions and spoken to 11 different people. Everyone has confirmed that there is a refund due but NO REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED.<br> <br> Could someone URGENTLY look in the above matter on ***<br> <br> Kind regards<br> Faheemah Ganief

You do mention cell *** this number is not on the contract. For witch cell number cell did you pay the early termination fee? We have escalated the request to the cancellation department supervisors to contact and resolve this with you.
