Refund

I signed up for WiFi with your company two months ago. Despite calling several times to report that my WiFi isn't working, I'm still waiting for a resolution. Meanwhile, I've noticed that you've been trying to deduct money from my account without fixing the issue. I would appreciate it if you could refund my money and cancel my contract with immediate effect.
