Refund
I took contract sometime ago and I was using a blackberry phone off which I was being charged for BIS and I later upgraded to Samsung and they continued to charge me for that BIS and went to Jabulani mall Mtn to cancel it and request for a refund around September and around October I contacted the Mtn again and was given this reference number *** and still no respond from the company

kindly note the credit of R766.94 was credited into your contract account thats the reason why MTn didnt debit you account on the 30/10/2015.the credit passed covered the amount that was supposed to be deducted.i have attached the report and sent it to your email ***
