Refund
I cancelled my contract at MTN Clearwater Mall in August after my contract expired in March. After cancelling I had a huge which was sorted. I had another bill for R586 that I paid for and could never get an explanation. On the 13th Oct 2016 I went to MTN 14th Ave to sort this out, I had a chat with Arthur and another guy there. They promised that I will have the money back before end of week.. That afternoon Arthur called to say he has processed the payment and sent it for approval. To date nothing has happened and I cant even get hold of anyone. <br> Please pay me back my money.
