Refund

Good afternoon,

Trust you are well.

I will really like to be assisted with this Problem . I was having a contract with MTN and after I cancelled the contract I got an invoice that says they owe me an amount of R502 but since from June when I inquire about the refund am being taken from pillar to post about my refund.

I called them almost every week but with no answers what am being told is that they logged a query and I will get feedback from them. Till date the is nothing. I will really appreciate your assistance in this matter.

I was chatting to them on Facebook every day and this is what am being told. Call our retention team which I tried calling and they are for ever saying their systems are not working.
