Due to the industrial strike I think their things are just mess.they billed My account with R2300.00 of which no one can explain to me what is it for.now my line is suspended and my contract is for R369.00...I'm so disappointed. I wish my contract term to reach so that I will go to another service provider who will respect my account and myself.I am so gatvol as we speak my line is off for 2 weeks now.please help me to recover my money.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.
Our records indicate that the amount cited is for 3 debit orders for the Invoices of 20th Apri, May and June that were reversed.
And the additional charges incurred in April were for Internet usage over and above the allocated 300MB data bundle and also the once off upgrade fee and this invoice was scheduled for the end of May as we Bill you a month in arrears. The Bill amounted to R1174.96 i.e. your monthly fee of R369 plus R425.78 Vat excl plus R105 upgrade fee.
