Refund

*** I have logged call for a refund with this company on the 15th Oct 2024 till today I still haven't received my money....the agents are rude impatient and didn't even make an effort to get the matter resolve, some even dropped the call in my ear.This is the most horrible customer service I had ever received in my life. It's been over 17 working days and everytime I call to follow-up m told my request has been processed or some document is missing . I have since dealt with over 9 consultants and neither of them was useful. Can Mtn refund my money ... your service is horrible.
