Refund

I have a contract with MTN and I made a payment on the mtn app however the money went in the closed account . I called mtn many times and the agents have been lying that there is no manager on the floor and one agent hung up on me . The my actually owed me money and told me they were going to refund the money so I can pay the account again . I clearly asked for the refund to be put in my Capitec account as the Nedbank account is closed but they still put the money in a closed account . I called them to rectify it however I was questioned why I didn’t pay my account without even reading the notes on the account . If they saw they would have seen that I was waiting for a refund . It’s not my responsibility to chase after my refund . I asked for them to reverse that refund from the closed account and put it in my Capitec account as it should have been refunded there the first time. I was told to go call Nedbank. It’s not my responsibility and my number was suspended for out going calls due to no payment but I am waiting for a refund . I had to borrow money and pay my account because this company is pathetic and useless. I need this sorted out asap and I want my money back !!!!!!!
