Refreshing Service
It's not everyday I have good things to say about MTN. In my worry that someone was trying to open a new contract under my name, I contacted the MTN service centre and spoke to Cebisile. She has taken ownership of my query and kept me up to date with dealing with this attempted *****. I appreciate her proactive demeanor and her passion for customer satisfaction. Keep it up. Please review your data protection. I am still concerned that someone has all my details and information.
