refreshing service
I upgraded my cell phone contract with mtn. The first person to help called Tabho had no clue what he was doing. After hours of struggling l gave up and about to leave until a lady called Charlene came and rescued the situation and completed the upgrade in a few minutes. If it wasn't for her l would have left and went to another store.
