How does MTN allow someone to open an account with my details and thereafter they have the audacity to close the account as bad debts. Now it is reflecting on my credit profile. I have tried since last year to have this issue resolved, till today. Pathetic telephone service, when you call them,they are busy having a chat. Extremely poor customer service. I need this resolved asap. With so many graduates unemployed in South Africa, how is it possible they are unable to hire competent staff who really need the work and want to provide for their family. Is there even any form of quality control in this company,are calls recorded and monitored ??? MTN I need this resolved ASAP!!!***.
