REFERENCE NUMBER*** -PATHETIC SERVICE

I took up contract years ago with MTN , All of sudden a number that i have used for over 10 years can top up , since yesteday the 03/07/2024 i have spoken to almost 10 people and even went to their store in Edenvale, nothing seems to be wrong with the account BUT I STILL CAN'T load data, i have spoken to Technical deoartment, Contract department and now it has been escalated and I HAVE TO WAIT 48 hrs to get helped "there was an error preocessing your request, please tru again later" i have been getting the same error for over 48hrs.The staff i spoke to since yesterday cant seem to be bothered : REFERENCE NUMBER***
