Today I went to your store (Mooiriver Mall: Potchefstroom) to enquire about my contract. The reason for this is that my wife made me aware of this number: *** and this email: ***, which she said belongs to me. Upon enquiring, Palesa from this store said this number was used to receive an OTP number upon an upgrade which was done last year telephonically around August 2025.

Background

Before this upgrade, I was paying approximately R901…the service consultant who assisted said I will pay around R800 after amendments. He advised me that it will kick in after pro rata. This means that I will begin paying R800 after September 2025. Since then, I have been paying R 1065.00, which is more than what I was told. I want this to be investigated as well. This is *****.

Coming back to this number: ***, I am not the owner. Palesa (Mooiriver-Mall) said this is a prepaid number, and not a contract… I request an investigation as to how this number ended up in my contract and why. To make matters worse, it was used to receive an OTP number for this upgrade on my package.
