I do not see the point the MTN will email me a reference number, advice who is dealing with the query and DO NOTHING about it.<br> <br> I was given the name Lucky with assist with reference 007274 over 2 weeks ago and today no one has called me to advise on the progress.<br> <br> Emailing the Shereen Motale from MTN seems to be a waste of time as there is no reply when I ask for feedback.<br> <br> Where to from here?? <br>
