Reference ***

They just very useless, firstly I logged a query a week back reference number ***. Every time I load airtime to purchase data it will tell me I have no funds. E.G R20 to purchase 1 Gig data it will tell me I only have R16.45, which I've called in several times now and my last call I was told the supervisor will call me before close of business which is 48 hours passed that close of business. No one can explain to me what's happening with my air, and I'm not subscribe to any services which was confirmed by everyone I've spoken to thus far. I don't think that I will refer them to anyone they service is very pathetic.
